The Different Stages of the Canandian Start Up VISA (SUV) Program
1. Concept Development: This stage involves developing a comprehensive business concept that is innovative, viable, and has the potential for growth and job creation in Canada. The applicant needs to refine their business idea, conduct market research, and create a detailed business plan. We can help here!
2. Interview / Presentation: Securing Support from Designated Organizations In this stage, the applicant seeks support from designated Canadian organizations, such as venture capital funds, angel investors, or business incubators. They present their business concept, business plan, and potential for growth to these organizations in order to obtain a letter of support. Unless a Cap Fund or Angel Investor is already in place,we have connections with 25 INCUBATOR entities!
3. Letter of Acceptance: Post completion of the Interview / Presentation, the Incubator will issue a Letter of Acceptance which is the formal acceptance of your Start Up Visa. This will make sure that your Business Idea is been accepted. We can help here!
4. Global StartUp Accelerator (GSA) Training: Overall, global startup accelerator training offers a unique platform for startups to receive mentorship, access resources, expand their network, and accelerate their growth. It provides a structured path to success and enhances the startup's chances of thriving in a highly competitive market. This is a detailed training that is provided to expand the business in Canada. 5. Letter of Support: Post successful completion of the GSA Training, the Incubator will issue a Letter of Support / Commitment Certification which can be used to apply for Permanent Residency Application. We can help here!
6. Application Preparation for Permanent Residency: Once the applicant has secured support from a designated organization, they proceed with preparing their application for the Start-up Visa program. This involves completing the necessary forms, gathering supporting documents, and demonstrating their eligibility based on the program requirements,including language proficiency and settlement funds. 7. Application Submission for Work Permit: Under the Start Up Visa Program, along with the Permanent Residency you can also apply for a Work Permit which is Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) Exempt. This Work Permit is given as a privilege to the applicant so that he/she can start working on the Business Idea till the time the PR Application gets processed. We can help here!
8. Application Submission: The applicant submits their completed application, along with the required forms, supporting documents, and application fees, to the Canadian immigration authorities. The application is reviewed by the authorities, and if it meets the requirements, it moves forward to the next stage. We can help here!

Medical and Security Checks: As part of the application process, the applicant and their accompanying family members undergo medical examinations to ensure they meet the health requirements for immigration. 10. Work Permit Issuance: If the application is approved and all the checks are cleared, the applicant and their accompanying family members are issued permanent resident visas. This allows them to immigrate to Canada and establish their business.
